Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

We process quickly! In most cases, we pack your order immediately. In general, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, but in most cases, we expect to have your order ready to ship or be picked up shortly after it is received. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

TEMPORARY NOLA MARDI GRAS WEEKEND PICK-UP During Mardi Gras week, you may also pick up orders from us on St. Charles Avenue near The Blake Hotel at 500 St. Charles Avenue in the New Orleans CBD. This option is available from Friday before Mardi Gras until Lundi Gras. 

Choose Local Pick Up at check out (even though it will say the pick-up location is in Covington).  Text 985-718-7532 to let us know you'd like to pick up your order near the grandstands in front of the Blake Hotel at 500 St. Charles Avenue. 
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY Local delivery is available for addresses within reasonable driving distance for us. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. The “Local Delivery” option will appear if delivery is available to your addresses. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

SHIPPING  Orders are shipped using the preferred shipping method you select during checkout. Orders received after 3:00 pm are shipped the next business day.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
