Refund policy

Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, except orders placed between November 14 and December 24, which can be returned until January 31. 

We require the order number for the items being returned. If you need help finding your order number, we will do our best to locate it in our records.  All returned Items should be in unworn/unused condition.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once your return is received and update you on its status. If the return is acceptable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, usually within seven business days.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. However, if you feel your refund is overdue, email us at contact@crescentblu.com or contact us at 985-718-7536, and we will investigate it. 

Clearance items (if applicable)
All sales are final for clearance items. But contact us if you need to exchange a clearance item. In some instances, it may be possible. 

Damaged Items
We will replace defective or damaged items.
